Refund Policy

At Simbols, all products are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at // simbols.shop@gmail.com   with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has already begun and cancellations are not possible.
